Refund policy

The $2,000 review is refundable in full until we start, or if we are late. After we deliver it, the fee counts in full toward a build you sign within 30 days.

    Before kickoff

    Kickoff is when you send us access or materials. Until then, you can ask for a full refund of the $2,000 review fee and we will give it.

    After kickoff

    We deliver the written review within 5 business days of receiving what we asked for. If we miss that, you can ask for a full refund.

  3. 03

    Once the review is delivered

    The fee is not refundable as cash. Instead, it is credited in full to a build you sign within 30 days of delivery. The credit applies once and expires 30 days after delivery.

  4. 04

    Builds and the retainer

    Builds are billed by milestone under the signed statement of work (SOW), and refunds follow that SOW. The monthly retainer cancels with 30 days' written notice. There are no refunds for part months.

    How to ask

    Email contact@agor.me. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your checkout page and card statement may show "Ariel Agor", the owner of Agor AI. Questions: contact@agor.me. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.
